India’s favourite lionhearted superhero and his super squad friends have a new destination! ‘Little Singham’, the beloved supercop, will carry on his action-packed adventures with his friends and team on POGO, India’s homegrown kids’ entertainment channel. With double the fun, action, and new adventures, Little Singham will air on POGO from 24 December onwards at 12:30 pm and 7:15 pm in six languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Marathi.
The Bollywood-inspired original IP, Smashing Simmba wins the prestigious Asifa India Award of Excellence 2020-2021 under the Best 2D Animation series category.
Co-produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez and Reliance Animation, Smashing Simmba follows a fun-loving prankster, Simmba, with endless tricks up his sleeve. He spends his days nabbing villains and miscreants along with his friends Ricky and Kittu Khabari. Simmba finds himself on exciting adventures which perfectly represent his catchphrase, ‘Mind-ich Blowing’.
Reliance Animation, a leading animation studio that has been delivering IP driven content across multiple Indian languages with the help of latest and licensed technology in animation and VFX known for shows like Little Singham amd Golmaal Jr, ended 2021 on a good note.
“We were able to achieve 80 per cent of the targets. The major reason for the drop could be because the employees were working from home and more so because this sector is used to working in groups with a mix of junior and senior employees,” Reliance Animation CEO Tejonidhi Bhandare shared.
For Bhaiyyaji Balwan, the network has tied with Reliance Animation, which has been delivering IP driven content across multiple Indian languages with the help of latest and licensed technology in animation and VFX.
