Fun@Work is a way of life at Reliance Animation. In line with our HR vision to build a vibrant & harmonious organization, we ensure BIG celebrations for our employees.
Events that we celebrate are managed by professional event managers, just to make sure that no stone remains unturned when BIG animators party.
Our BIG Bang took it's first BIG leap in December 2007 with a family get together at Chokhi Dhani, a place in the outskirts of Pune with an ethnic Rajasthani ambience.
Whether it was the folk dance or Mehandi of Rajasthan, employees were seen regaling each & every moment. A Young crowd with abundant energy was full of enthusiasm tapping its feet non-stop to the tune of famous DJ of Pune. What better way to place your finger on the sporty pulse of the Reliance Animators than to ball & bat in the sunny afternoon of winter. Sensing this, HR team organized an intra departmental cricket match on the 9 th of Feb '08 at Wadia College Grounds in Pune.
Man of the match, Winners trophy, Runners up trophy and Gift Vouchers for each member on these teams, sponsored by HDFC Bank added BIG excitement and competitive spirit among the teams.
Like our dreams we saw our kites soaring and touching the skies on the occasion of Pongal & Makar Sankranti on the 13 th of January. The kite flying competition organized on the roof top of the office building along with other games was reminiscent of childhood for all the employees, when each one was trying to win over the other.
The variety of colors on the faces of our employees during Holi celebration on Club Solaris grounds symbolizing the harmonizing blend of different cultures & communities in the universe of Reliance Animation, igniting the feeling of togetherness amongst one and all. Thereafter, unlimited Holi Fungama rolled on the rain dance floorto the tune of hit Holi numbers which made this festival Bheega-Bheega.
We at Reliance Animation are conscious of our obligation towards the society at large. Blood donation by 100 of our artists is the true reflection of our commitment to our social responsibility.108 paintings were painted on the spot by our employees and donated to the Indian Army for utilizing the sales proceeds for Army Welfare Fund.
The patriotic tempo rose as the Bombay Sappers rocked the crowd in the evening.
What else could have instilled patriotic fervor in our employees than families and the society than to come together on the Republic Day at the Walking Plaza on the buzzing M.G Road of Pune & walk with their heads held high with pride!
